1979 28' 5th wheel trailer, old, but watertight, clean and tidy.  Wintered in barn.  Needs road certification.

40' x 16' Piece-en-piece log cabin.  All logs, posts & floor joists completed.  Needs windows, blocking and roof to complete.  Longest logs 16' and can be moved by hand.  Can easily be dismantled and moved.

PLUS over 10,000 bdft of rough sawn lumber.  Too much to list here.
